Goals
- Create a more effective way of reaching potential members responding to the broadcast (Local Evangelism)
- Strengthen membership involvement for better retention.
- Increase percentages of those first-time callers from the broadcast to visit a local church.
- Develop interaction with other ICG congregations.
- Establish local leadership teams to implement the follow-up programs.
- Help to establish satellite congregations (Help with the start-up and on-going support).
- Reduce localitis.
As you will see, the program is based on two basic principles:
- Local Involvement
- Follow-up work directly tied to the efforts of the headquarters office.
