Combine all ingredients except cheese. Beat at medium speed until
smooth; stir in cheese. Heat a well-greased muffin pan in hot oven for 3
minutes. Spoon in batter, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 425� for 15 minutes;
reduce heat to 350� and bake 25 minutes until golden brown. Serve
immediately. DO NOT OPEN DOOR while baking! |
