1 C. cream style cottage cheese
1/4 C. oil
6 eggs
1/4 C. milk
1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Put all ingredients into blender container. Cover and blend at high
speed 1 minute, stopping to stir down once. Bake on greased griddle
using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Makes 20 4-inch pancakes. (Brenda
