In a bowl combine all ingredients. Beat with rotary beater until
blended. Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet. Remove from heat; spoon
in about 2 tablespoons batter evenly. Return to heat; brown on one side
only. To remove crepe, invert pan over paper toweling; remove crepe.
Repeat the process, making 16 to 18 crepes, greasing skillet
occasionally. |
