Unleavened Bread recipes

Sweet Potato Casserole
 
Ingredients:
 
2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/3 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
 
Directions:
 
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased baking dish.

Toppings:

Mix all these together. Add nuts. Spread over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 350�. (Carolyn Brittain)
