Brown meat, and drain well. Saut� pepper, mushrooms and onion in
butter. Combine meat and vegetables. Add tomato paste, meat, water and
seasonings; simmer 15 minutes. Add cheese. Roll dough to 1/8" thickness
and cut in 3 1/2" circles. Spoon small amount of mixture in center, fold
and press edges. Bake at 450� for about 10-12 minutes. |
