For crust, melt butter in 8" baking dish. Stir in flour-bran
mixture, sugar and cinnamon. Press evenly over bottom and up sides of
dish. Mix next 4 ingredients and pour over crust. Bake uncovered, 5
minutes at 350� . Combine sour cream, sugar and extract and spread over
cream cheese mixture. Bake uncovered 2 minutes. Cool slightly, spoon on
pie filling. Chill several hours. |
