3 pared sliced apples
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t salt
1/4 C water
1/3 C butter
1 1/2 t lemon juice
1/2 C flour
1/2 C rolled oats
3/4 C brown sugar
Directions:
Put apples in 9" pan, sprinkle with salt and cinnamon. Pour in
water. Drizzle with lemon juice. In separate bowl, mix flour, sugar and
oatmeal. Cut in butter until pea-sized. Spread over apples and pat
firmly. Bake at 350� for 1 hour.
