In mixing bowl, stir together oats, flour, wheat germ, brown sugar
and desired salt. Make a well in the center and add the water and oil
all at once. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Form dough
into a ball and divide in half. On greased baking sheet roll half the
dough to a 12"x8" rectangle. Cut into 2 " squares. Bake at 350� for
20-22 minutes or until crisp. Remove to wire rack to cool. Store in
tightly covered container. Makes 48 crackers. |
