Preheat oven to 400� . In large bowl, stir together first 10
ingredients. Beat together eggs and oil, add to oat mixture. With a
spatula, press dough evenly into a greased 10" x 15" pan. Bake 20
minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 1 1/2" squares, then into
triangles. Remove to rack to cool. Store in airtight container. Makes
50-75. |
