2 C quick-cooking rolled oats
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C oil
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 C chopped walnuts
1 C flaked coconut
Directions:
Mix oats, sugar and oil in large bowl; let stand in refrigerator.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Drop from a spoon in small mounds
onto a well-greased baking sheet, pat out with back of spoon, making 2"
rounds. Bake at 350� for 8-10 minutes.
