Unleavened Bread recipes

Short Bread Cookies
 
Ingredients:
 
1 1/2 C butter
3/4 C sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla or lemon flavoring
3 1/2 C flour
 
Directions:
 
Mix. Roll thin and cut with cookie cutter. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown on bottom at 350� Sprinkle with sugar or frost.
