Banana Oatmeal Health Cookies

 
Ingredients:
 
1 C. packed brown sugar
4 C. quick oats
3/4 C. oil
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 C. mashed bananas
1/2 C. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
 
Directions:
 
Beat sugar and oil. Stir in bananas and salt. Gradually blend in oats walnuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 350�. (Mrs. Stephen Zavocki)
