Unleavened Bread (#5)
 
Ingredients:
 
3 C. flour
3 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil or butter
1 1/2 C. water or milk
Sesame seeds (optional)
 
Directions:
 
Combine flour and salt. In another bowl, combine eggs and oil or butter. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and add water or milk. Beat hard for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into greased cookie sheets or 3 8-inch square pans. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 450� for 20 minutes. (Brenda Nevels)
