Mix butter, sugar, milk and 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind, add flour and
mix. Press into 9" pan and set aside. Mix cheese, sugar, egg and 1
teaspoon lemon rind, add chopped almonds and pour into pan. Bake 1 hour
and 10 minutes at 300� . Mix sugar, water and cinnamon. Spread on hot
dessert and let cool. Chill 3-4 hours, cut and garnish with almonds. |
