TRUMPETS THE EZEKIEL WATCHMAN MESSAGE

The message of Ezekiel never got to the major nations for whom it was intended. That message was for all 12 tribes of Israel. Since the future Great Tribulation is primarily the time of "Jacob's trouble" (Jer.30:7), Ezekiel's warning message must be delivered to the modern day nations of the "lost 10 tribes" of Israel: in particular Ephraim (England, Canada, Australia, South Africa) and Manasseh (the United States of America). Israel needs a watchman to do a work of witness and warning. He must not speak what the people want him to speak, who say to their prophets, "Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits" (Isa.30:10). He must boldly proclaim why modern day Israel-America and Britain are heading for disaster. The reason is because Israel has broken God's laws and rejected his Sabbaths and Ten Commandments. The watchman must fearlessly "blow the trumpet" to warn Israel of another holocaust and future captivity. In spite of Israel's unbelief, God tells his watchman, "But I will make you as unyielding and hardened as they are ...Do not be afraid of them or terrified by them though they are a rebellious house" (Eze.3:8,9). God says of modern day America and Britain, "And I will break the pride of your power..." (Lev.26:19). Just as God used Assyria to take ancient Israel into captivity, so God will use modern day Assyria (Germany) to take modern day Israel into captivity (Isa.10:5). What kind of destruction will the future holocaust bring? "In all your dwelling places the cities shall be laid waste..." (Eze.6:6). When the Messiah arrives after the "Battle of Armageddon" only one tenth of Israel will be left alive (Isa.6:13). What response does Israel have towards the watchman? "And lo, you are unto them as a very lovely song of one that has a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear your words, but they do them not" (Eze.33:32). What is God's answer to the people? "When all this comes to pass-and it surely will-then they will know that a prophet has been among them (Eze.33:33).
